TEXTBOOK ORDERING
Cohort and Continuing Studies textbook orders will be processed on the same day they are received. Orders charnging a student account may require an
extra day for Bear Center approval.

ONLINE TRADITIONAL TEXTBOOK ORDERING FOR FALL 2010 WILL BE OFFLINE FOR WELCOME WEEK.

Books for cohort or Continuing Studies classes may be returned for a refund for one week from the day the class begins.
The last day to return Summer textbooks will be Tuesday, June 1st, 2010.
Books must be returned in their original condition, and any wrapped books or packages must still be wrapped. Click here to view the full

Not all shipping types are available to all areas, especially outside the 48 states of the Coninental US. If your order requests a shipping
type that is unavailable for your location, we will substitute the appropriate service level, which may result in additional expense. Click here for more explaination of

We cannot guarantee that the books listed will always be the final book that ends up being used for your class - the instructors make the final choices regarding
any textbook changes. Any customer purchases made through vendors other than the Concordia University Bookstore are made at the customer's own risk and
are not guaranteed in any way by our store.

Textbook prices subject to change without notice and pricing errors will not be honored.

New and Used prices are permanently displayed for all books at all times - the presence of a used price is not an indicator that we have used copies
available. We'll fill all orders with Used books if we have them, but substitute New if we don't.
