FAQ Do I have a bookstore charge account? Can I pick up my purchase in the bookstore? There are no books listed for the next class for my cohort. What are your return policies? How much will it cost to ship my books? Can I check the status of my order? Where is the bookstore? Do I have a Bookstore charge account? All Concordia students have the option of charging books to their student account - if the account currently has a credit balance. If you'd like to charge books, your account number is the "L" number found on your student ID (or your tuition statement). You'll have to leave the "L" out when you type it in. We're required to obtain business office approval on all account charges, this process may take up to 1 business day. If it turns out no funds are currently available on your account, you'll be contacted for an alternate form of payment. Back to top Can I pick my purchase up in the Bookstore? Yes - you can opt to pay when you pick up, or use your credit card online to have everything pre-processed and ready to go when you get here. Orders placed after 3pm will not be ready for pickup until the next business day. And remember - student account charges still require 24 hours notice so we can contact the Bear Center to approve the charge. Back to top There are no books listed for the next class for my Cohort. Books for CGCS cohorts arrive in the bookstore roughly 2-3 weeks before the class begins. If you're looking earlier than that, and nothing is listed, the books are not yet available. Please check again within 2-3 weeks of class start. Books for Continuing Education classes are ordered after the class confirmation email is sent and are generally available in the bookstore about 1 week before the class begins. Books for on-campus traditional classes are currently not available online. Back to top Can I check the status of my order? Once you've logged into the webpage, click the "Account" link under the Golden Bear on the top left of the webpage. On the next page, there will be a link to your order history, containing a complete history and status of all orders you've placed using this account. If you've ordered as a guest, no history has been maintained that can be linked to you as a specific user. Back to top Where is the bookstore?
