TEXTBOOKS

1. Textbooks for Full Semester classes are returnable for two weeks from the start of the term.


2. Textbooks for half-semester traditional classes are returnable for one week from the start of the term.


3. Textbooks for cohort and Continuing Studies classes are returnable for one week from the start of the class.


4. Exept in the case of bookstore error, we do not provide the return shipping. If your package is sent back "collect" (refused or sent "return to sender," we will deduct the return shipping charge from your refund before applying it.

1. Refunds will issued via the method of original payment. The original credit card or student account that was used for the order will be credited for the return. Store credit will be issued for purchases made by check.

2. All books must be retuned in the original condition in which they were bought. New books must still be fully New, with no writing, highlighting, or damage.


3. Any wrapped books/packages must still be wrapped and are unreturnable if opened.
