Shipping Policies
Order Processing Time
All orders that we receive by 3pm (Mon - Fri) will be processed the same day and will ship
the morning of the next business day. Rush or overnight shipments will also ship out the
next business day. Charges to a student account or financial aid may add up to one additional business day.

UPS is the preferred method for all domestic shipments because of the availability of tracking information for
shipments-in-progress. Ground delivery times vary from 1-5 business days depending on distance. "UPS Air" shipments
are sent via UPS Next-Day shipping, though your actual delivery time may be 2 business days if we received your order too
late to ship it out the same day. A street address is required for UPS Delivery (see US Priority Mail, below, for deliveries to PO Boxes
without a physical street address).

Diploma Frames require their own $10 shipping and insurance change in addition to the normal shipping rates
for any other items on your order. Additional charges may apply to other orders that require multiple packages.

Using the US Mail - we will ship orders anywhere in the world using US Priority Mail (or an equivalent service
level for your location); however, we can make no guarantees about delivery times and will be unable to track or locate a package if it
should be lost or delayed. In the unlikely event that an order should be lost in the mail, we will be unable to
provide a refund or replacement.
